Virtual Tour Machine Frequently Asked Questions

I have an existing photography and virtual tour business, can this work with that?
Yes, we have successfully "added-on" our increased functionality and helped existing businesses grow. Before the Virtual Tour Machine was added to their business, they had little and now they own a high traffic real estate portal which has repeat customers who love their work.

I'm not a professional photographer, can I do this?
Yes, we've trained owners with little photography background to operate a successful virtual tour business. The Virtual Tour Summit will jump start you in the process of finding realtors and selling your service to them. You'll learn how to use your equipment and your new web site. You'll learn how to invoice customers and more...

What equipment do I need? Can I buy that from you? We do not sell camera equipment at this time, and probably never will, but we can make some recommendations and we'll go over that with you when you sign up for the summit. (The prices on camera equipment seem to change daily.) Of course, you'll need a computer and I personally recommend a laptop, others prefer a very powerful desktop with a large monitor for easier photo editing. We recommend QuickBooks but Quicken and other accounting packages should work.

What kind of web server does your script run on? This is not a script you can install on your server.
This is not a franchise.
We host the application for you at our DS3 equipped data center and manage all backups, updates, security, firewalls and more for a small monthly fee.

Is this something new?
No, we've been using, developing and honing this software and our business process since 1999. You'll find it in use at several locations. The next version of the software is scheduled to ship the day of the summit with tons of new and amazing features, such as on-demand audio tours.

Why have I not heard about it until now?
Until now, we've pretty much kept it to ourselves.

We've been pretty busy shooting lots of property and building our virtual tour businesses. There is work involved, and our experience, software, and business process can help you win as a virtual tour photographer.
